Thank you for your order; Cabinets To Go (CTG) makes every effort to ensure you receive your material as ordered. We are committed to your satisfaction, please read and review the following terms and conditions of your purchase.

MEASUREMENT: The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of all measurements supplied to CTG. CTG accepts no responsibility or liability for measurement errors. You are responsible for the final approval of your design and bill of materials required. CTG will not be liable for cabinets omitted from your drawing in error.

DEPOSITS: The buyer is required to pay in full prior to shipping direct to a residence or business. Orders shipped and picked up to any retail location, require a 25% deposit.

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES: All delivery times are estimates, CTG cannot guarantee specific deadlines and recommends that the buyer not schedule installation until product is received by the buyer.

INSPECTION: Cabinets are delivered unassembled. Claims for shortages or damages must be made upon receipt. The buyer is responsible for final inspection as to defects and other product issues. Concealed damage claims (damage found after unpacking) must be made within 5 days of receipt of product. Do not install damaged or defective product. Use constitutes acceptance. No claims can be accepted after assembly or modification of the products. To file a claim please send an email to claims@cabinetstogo.com or call 1.800.CABINETS option 5. Please take pictures of the damages; they will be required for the claims process.

RETURNS: Returns are permitted within 30 days of receipt of product. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with return (excluding damage claims). Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of product. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be approved prior to return, contact your local store or email customercare@cabinetstogo.com for a return authorization. Returns are not permitted on: Open boxes, Assembled Cabinets, Special orders, Close-out items, Clearance items, or products sold AS IS for any reason. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition and have been properly stored. Installed product is considered accepted by the buyer and may not be exchanged or returned for any reason. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Any additional shipping costs relating to a return or exchange are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Customer is responsible for contacting a shipping company for return/exchange of product. CANCELLATIONS: If for some reason the buyer cancels an order and a shipment has occurred either direct or indirect to the buyer, a 25% restocking fee will be applied prior to any return of unused deposit. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS: CTG accepts cash, checks, debit cards and credit cards. A $30 fee may be accessed for returned checks. For returns, purchases made by cash or check will be refunded within 2-4 weeks and purchases by credit or debit card will be credited back to the credit or debit card used for the purchase. Down payments or deposits are due and payable at the time of order.

WARRANTY: Only for products sold with a manufacturer's warranty. ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARE DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT WHERE SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW. CTG may, in its discretion, fully and completely resolve any claim based upon a manufacturer's defect by providing the buyer with replacement product. CTG is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from or relating to its sale of any products. Under no circumstances shall any liability of CTG arising out of or relating to the transaction set forth in this invoice exceed the total cost of the products included in this invoice and paid for by the buyer. Personal Information: Providing personal information is voluntary and not a condition of sale but no warranty, return or exchange is allowed unless the buyer furnishes his/her name, address and telephone number.
